Natasha Kavanagh

Natasha Kavanagh holds both a Masters and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

Natasha holds the following professional memberships:

  • Full registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency
  • Full Membership of the Australian Psychological Society.

Natasha primarily utilise a Cognitive Behavoural approach, which has been proven to be effective in a wide range of issues, including Anxiety and Depression. Natasha also uses Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR); a technique found effective in the treatment of traumatic memories.

Natasha utilises a dynamic and collaborative approach in her counselling sessions and fully explores potential strategies to achieve goals and overcome obstacles. She is known for her friendly and adaptive style to facilitative successful outcomes.

Rebecca McIntosh

As of October 2014, we have been joined by Psychologist Ms Rebecca McIntosh.

Rebecca is a Registered Psychologist with a Masters degree in Educational and Developmental Psychology and 7 years post registration experience. She specialises in child and adolescent mental health, including; anxiety and depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, attachment disorders, anger management, cognitive and educational assessment and learning difficulties. As well as working directly with young people, Rebecca works with parents to fine tune behaviour management strategies in the home when needed.
